Passenger Who Survived Fatal Flight Is Suing Southwest Airlines

National Transportation Safety Board investigators examine damage to Southwest Airlines Flight 1380, which left one passenger dead and other injured on April 17. A passenger filed a lawsuit against the airline on Thursday.

A survivor has filed a lawsuit against the carrier, saying she now suffers from PTSD and other conditions after an engine explosion caused the death of one passenger and injured others.
